ThermoCon
ThermoCon is a completely sprayed-on system, applied by a national and international network of trained applicators using approved equipment and spray methods.  It consists of specially milled cellulose fibers treated with fire retardant chemicals, high performance adhesive and is applied by proven application methods.

  ThermoCon provides a monolithic coating that is tough, yet has an attractive carpet-like texture that follows the contours of the architect’s design.  It provides exceptional noise reduction, condensation control, and outstanding thermal control in one application. ThermoCon out performs prefabricated insulation products because it is sprayed on. It eliminatings voids and compression areas that reduce thermal efficiency.

ThermoCon can be applied to virtually any properly prepared surface. Typical applications are sprayed on wood, steel, concrete, gypsum board, brick, glass, plaster, sprayed and rigid board polyurethane foam and other foam insulation.

ThermoCon is available in six colors; white, beige, light grey, dark grey, tan and black. Specially matched custom colors are also available. It meets Approvals & Specifications for Flame Spread 5, Smoke Developed 0, when applied at maximum thickness of 5(?) ThermoCon must be applied with ThermoBond adhesive.

Blaze-Shield II
CAFCO. BLAZE-SHIELD II is a Portland cement based spray-applied fire resistive material (SFRM) designed to provide fire resistive ratings for structural steel and concrete in commercial construction. Applied directly to steel beams, columns and deck, or to concrete surfaces, this product’s outstanding value and proven fire resistive performance make it an excellent choice for concealed commercial environments. BLAZE-SHIELD II is applied exclusively by CAFCO licensed and trained contractors.

CAFCO 300
CAFCO 300 is a durable, wet mix SFRM (spray-applied fire resistive material) designed to provide fire protection to various floor and roof assemblies, steel beams, columns, and joists in commercial construction projects. CAFCO 300 offers the best fire resistance performance per unit thickness of any commercial SFRM. This means less material is needed to achieve required fire ratings. CAFCO 300 is very cost efficient. It is applied exclusively by CAFCO licensed and trained contractors.
